Winter in Spain??

I never imagined that we would have much use for our coats and other winter accessories.  I figured I would be at the most using my Fleece.  Well this week it must officially be winter.  It is COLD!  This morning, I thought I would just get in the car in the garage and not actually have to go outside.  So I just had a light weight cardigan and fleece pants on.  And then that dumb gate wouldn't open.  So I had to get out an mess with it.  And nothing would work.  So I tried to manual open it.  Nope.  So I drove up the sidewalk to the other gate.  Scratched the heck out of my car on the lemon tree.  Sigh.  But I finally got out.  When I called Joel to bitch about it, he had to do the same thing!  Well thanks for the warning!  I guess I could of walked but we had three minutes to get to school.  And we are close but not that close.  Heck, it would have taken me that long to go back in the house and get a coat.

So the high today is 40 F.  Yep.  Never thought I would see that in Valencia.  I'm so ready for the warm weather to return.  I don't want to put a coat on.  Because some day I will be back in Detroit crappy winters.
